Vendor Management Analyst

Job Description

Brookstone Management is a leader in residential and commercial property preservation, Real Estate Owned, and Single/Multi-family rental management solutions and is currently experiencing rapid growth. We’re seeking a Vendor Management Analyst with strong attention-to-detail, that is self-starting, and possesses a desire to learn and grow in their role as Vendor Management analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Review reporting and datasets to assign, effectively maintain and manage work orders in the field
Recruiting, monitoring, and managing work orders to ensure accurate and timely completion of work across a large network of vendors
Reviewing internal requests, general inquiries, providing all necessary data to support what is requested
Recruitment and sourcing of new vendors as needs and inventories change

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
5+ years of work experience in vendor management, property preservation, procurement, or a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities at a time
Excellent computer skills with proficiency using Windows 10
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in results driven environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Ability to display a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
Ability to analyze data and make decisions
Knowledge and experience with reporting and Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn various work-processing software/programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrate ability to professionally represent Brookstone Management and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
